The ideal candidate will have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, brand stewardship and special events management. In addition to marketing, brand, and social media related work, this position will also share a role in tracking sales data; maintaining collateral and marketing materials inventory; maintaining databases; and preparing reports. Responsibilities: Support the company and agent by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth Has a creative, fresh approach for social media posts and responds in a timely manner to all followers Consistently update all website content so it is fresh and current Arrange for and implement all team events, take photos and post highlights on social media Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message Qualifications: Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Journalism, Business or related major required 2 or more years experience in an Ad Agency or Real Estate Sales environment required Expert in forward design concepts Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions Compensation: $12 - $17 hourly
