    This is a key position within the Tru Medical Management practice.

    This position includes: staff supervision, financial duties, patient/customer service, developing and implementing policies and procedures to achieve 5-star patient satisfaction. Demonstration of strong leadership skills, including: communication, listening, customer/patient service skills, delegation, time management, and public relations skills.

     Work to achieve a 5-Star rating through the implementation of pro-active recommendations to raise the quality of care for patients.  Monitoring patient flow by auditing and reviewing records.  Supervise medical and administrative staff, including: hiring, conducting performance reviews, termination, etc.  Ensure that on-the-job training is conducted supporting the Standard Operating Procedures.  Work in collaboration with senior management to address common goals and strategies.  Assist in conducting the daily huddles with team.  Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and patient care.  Schedule staff and ensure appropriate coverage at all locations.  Oversee the processing of co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles.  Prepare and manage office budget, inventory system, time cards, and time off.  Billing, coding, credentialing supervising  Coordinate and train staff on interfaces with healthcare partners.  Ensure entire team practices opening and closing procedures, and ensures facilities are clean, orderly, and sanitized to standards.  Monitor patient schedule throughout day to identify bottleneck and trouble shoot solutions to ensure reduced wait times.  Resolve conflicts/issues arising between staff members, and staff members and patients.  Review daily reports to ensure that all gaps are identified and addressed.  In addition to these responsibilities, other duties may be assigned from time to time
