  • Responsibilities

    We’re looking for a motivated real estate executive assistant to assist the Director of Operations and complete administrative tasks. Responsibilities include liaising between the team leader and clientele, screening messages and notifying the team leader of important information, and overseeing schedules and travel arrangements. You’ll also be responsible for organizing office records and customer data, ordering office equipment, and completing other administrative tasks as needed to support the team. Responsibilities: • Manage the client database to keep information orderly and confidential • Schedule meetings, travel itineraries, and any other relevant appointments for broker • Implementing filing systems and order office supplies as needed • Keep a balanced record of the broker’s business transactions • Support the real estate office as needed with other assistant duties, such as picking up orders Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • High school diploma or G.E.D. required • Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets and Multiple Listing Service • Prior experience in real estate is a bonus • Used to handling private information and meeting hard deadlines • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills Compensation: $50,000+ at plan earnings
