Responsibilities: • Put steps in place to scale the recruiting process and ensure candidates are high quality • Give regular presentations on the success of recruiting tactics • Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team • Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new real estate team members • Oversee the steps in hiring, from interview scheduling, making recommendations on top talent and following up with those who are not selected Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar field • Familiar with online job posting tools • Must have a college degree • Strong organizational skills and time management skills • The ability to prospect • Set daily appointments for face-to-face meetings • Build relationships • Work within a CRM system Compensation: $72,000+ at plan earnings
