Responsibilities: • Give regular presentations on the success of recruiting tactics • Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry • Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria • Look for new agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business • Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private Qualifications: • Great at time management and organization • At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar field • Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well • Skilled at posting openings online using a variety of tools and services • The ability to prospect • Set daily appointments for face-to-face meetings • Build relationships • Work within a CRM system Compensation: $72,000+ at plan earnings
