    Successful Business Sales Representatives are highly motivated to develop solutions and articulate the value of TruBlu Dental Line to potential customers and work to generate new business while also growing existing customer accounts. This individual will have a strong capacity to self-generate leads, convert those leads to customers, develop existing accounts and close sales quickly.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Utilize consultative sales techniques to prospect and initiate new business sales.
    • Process new clients, including contact to finalize sales and service transactions.
    • Identify and execute cross selling opportunities across our platform of services.
    • Contribute to and execute a marketing plan with the executive team.
    • Identify mass marketing prospects through existing book of business and community prospecting opportunities.
    • Meet monthly goals for new client sales.
    • Complete follow-ups on new offerings in order to keep retention level high and capitalize cross-selling opportunities.
    • Coordinate activities with other offerings to ensure quality customer service
    • Act as initial contact in addressing customer concerns regarding establishment of services and new account status.
