    Job Description

    TRUBLU HR SOLUTIONS IS SEEKING A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WITH MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE LOGISTICS INDUSTRY AND WITH INTERMODAL EXPERIENCE.  LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT CAN HANDLE A DIVERSE CUSTOMER BASE, ORDER ENTRY, COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMERS RELATED TO SCHEDULING AND PROBLEM RESOLUTION, MONITOR ORDER AVAILABILITY VIA PORT/RAIL TRACING, SCHEDULE DELIVERY APPOINTMENTS, IDENTIFYING ALL COST AND APPROVING INVOICING.  IDEAL CANDIDATE CAN TYPE 55 WPM, MULTI-TASK, AND CAN WORK IN A FAST PACE ENVIRONMENT.
