    Looking for a mature, organized individual, currently living in Birmingham AL area who is a good communicator with at least 5 years or more sales background. Former independent sales reps welcome to apply!

    Job is to speak with prospects that call in from our ad, develop rapport and schedule jobs for our handyman services. You may have anywhere from 0 to 6 incoming prospect calls one any one day. We have multiple clients and technicians that you would be working with. Minimum is just for answering the phone and scheduling. Individuals willing to go beyond and make sales calls to help grow the company will earn bonus pay.

    The Job +

    · Answer incoming calls.

    · Assign handymen and organize their schedule in our software.

    · Followup on jobs, verify handymen have gone and, when they are finished, call for client review.

    · Invoice the client.

    · Be flexible and carry phone with you during the day as a few phone calls can be spread throughout day.

    About the company: Trublue is a franchise owned by former professional sales reps who were retired but wanted a little something to do. It is a company that provides handymen to do residential small projects of two hours or more up to larger 2-5 day projects for home owners, seniors and even some business owners.

    The company has grown substantially since opening 2 1/2 years ago and the sales reps are now ready to enjoy a little time off. We are seeking to add a team member who can work independently on a contract or employee basis (we are flexible) and who will take over the day-to-day sales and scheduling for our handyman services on a part-time or full-time basis. Pay is negotiable based on work. We will teach you how.
