Your role will be to provide general handyman/remodeling/general construction services. What You Will Do:

Bathroom Upgrades / Remodel / Replace Bathroom Faucets / Install Shower Doors

Drywall Repair / Patching / Caulking / Texturing

Flooring Repair and Installation

General Carpentry

General Home Repairs and Handyman Work

Kitchen Repair / Remodel / Replace Kitchen Faucet, Garbage Disposal

Minor Plumbing and Minor Electrical

Painting Interior and Exterior

Install Handrails, Grab Bars

Install Interior & Exterior Doors / Deadbolts / Door Hardware

Residential and Commercial Experience

Someone to go the Extra Mile for Clients

Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.

What You Will Bring:Our ideal candidate has 8 or more years of relevant experience and the following skills:

Proficiency in miscellaneous around the house type repairs like carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting and basic electrical

Installing interior and exterior doors

Installing cabinets

Cement work

Hanging mirrors, light fixtures, wall art

Using a level

Measuring to calculate materials, and cost of materials, necessary for a job

Valid driver's license

Reliable vehicle with valid insurance

Your own set of tools

Candidates do not need to be licensed tradesmen, but those candidates are welcome to apply. Candidate must also pass a background check, be a legal resident of the U.S., and speak fluent English.
