As a Lead Professional Home Service Technician and Handyman, you will:
Utilize your extensive handyman skills to perform a wide variety of tasks, from minor repairs to major home improvements.
Estimate some jobs and projects along with the Estimator and/or owner
Demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding in your interactions with seniors, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Seek opportunities for repeat business by fostering strong client relationships and delivering platinum-level service.
Uphold our commitment to quality and excellence in every project you undertake including meeting deadlines and ensuring the highest quality of workmanship.

Some training and leading of other home technicians on the team
Requirements:
Proven 10+ years of experience as a professional handyman, with a diverse skill set and a keen attention to detail.
Bathroom upgrades
Remodel
Tiling
Drywall repair
Patching
Caulking
Flooring repair and installation
General carpentry
General home repairs and handyman work
Kitchen repair
Minor plumbing and electrical
Painting interior and exterior
Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with seniors on a personal level.
