    ABOUT THE POSITION:

    The Provider Support team focuses on delighting and assisting our provider network. Our network of over 6,000 contracted providers is integral to our success as they are the primary face of TruHearing to our customers. The Provider Support team exudes TruHearing DNA when communicating with the providers, assisting with any request, as well as training them on Echo to become self-sufficient. A Provider Support Agent’s tasks may include: inbound calls, outbound calls, e-mails, chats, and other side projects assigned by their Coach

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Work in a fast-paced environment taking inbound calls and accomplishing other tasks between calls, adhering to schedule, helping to hit company SLA benchmarks, while maintaining 90% quality scores
    • Meet with Coach for a weekly one-on-one; accomplishing all goals set and meeting expectations set by Coach
    • Show continuous effort on company values, especially “Improve.”
    •  Ability to consistently exude TruHearing DNA (top-level customer service) on all calls, e-mails, chats, as well as internal company interactions
    • Establish and build relationships with providers in our network for ongoing training and support
    • Complete weekly Bridge courses by Friday of each week along with any other company Bridge courses
    • Collaborate regularly with team members and other departments
    • Maintain and handle PHI according to TruHearing best practices
    • Complete all tasks assigned by Coach by the deadline

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent
    • Great communication and phone skills
    • Ability to diffuse difficult situations in a patient and helpful manner
    •  Advanced problem solving abilities and ability to work independently
    • Team player that is self-motivated, persistent, and proactive in driving results but can be creative and flexible in overcoming obstacles
    • Organized and methodical about managing multiple tasks simultaneously
