Job Description

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for the management and delivery of wireless development projects for our client T-Mobile.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee a variety of projects including spreadsheet creation and tracking, plan review, scope writing, scheduling, scope estimation, materials lists, project planning, and budget management.
• Ensures that all jobs are maintained in a project tracking system with complete accuracy and provides periodic reports summarizing progress.
• Ensures accurate and complete files are maintained to provide customers with comprehensive job status reports and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise.
• Assists in the procurement process for preparing RFPs and negotiation of scopes and fees.
• Oversees the overall planning of construction activities to identify critical milestones and priorities.
• Verifies budget estimates and staffing requirements for the defined project scope and schedule.
• Serves as the primary contact with the project-specific construction management team.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5-7 years of technical project management experience
• 3 years in the wireless industry
• College degree preferred in electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent experience
• Solid Microsoft Excel and MS Office training
• Excellent communication and Skills
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, often under pressure
• Self-starter that is willing to take ownership and drive progress in a structured way
• Positive attitude with the ability to work long hours to meet deadlines
• Extremely well organized with excellent attention to detail
