    Here at TruPro Elites we are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Amazon FBA Private Label Coach / Mentor to join our TruLaunch University mentorship team. As an Amazon Private Label Coach / Mentor, you will be responsible for conducting coaching calls, handling client expectations, and creating educational resources to help aspiring Amazon sellers succeed in their FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) journey. Your expertise and guidance will empower sellers to navigate the complexities of selling on Amazon and optimize their businesses for maximum success. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Amazon's marketplace, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful private-label ventures. Also, have managerial skills, and an interest in continuing to build our mentorship programs. You will collaborate with the company and cross-functional teams to broaden the influence of the Amazon brand and other Amazon endeavors, encouraging individuals to embark on their passive income journey. Responsibilities: • Conduct group coaching calls with Amazon sellers to provide personalized guidance, answer questions, and address challenges related to FBA. • Create comprehensive and engaging educational courses covering various aspects of Amazon FBA, including product research, sourcing, listing optimization, inventory management, and marketing strategies. • Develop course content, including video tutorials, presentations, worksheets, and case studies, to deliver valuable and actionable information to students. • Monitor Discord Community and Kajabi Course programs. • Stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and policy changes in the Amazon FBA ecosystem, and incorporate relevant information into coaching sessions and course materials. • Assess the needs and skill levels of coaching clients and course participants, adapting coaching strategies and content delivery to meet their specific requirements. • Provide feedback, encouragement, and accountability to clients and course participants, supporting their progress and helping them overcome obstacles. • Continuously evaluate and improve coaching and course materials based on feedback from clients and participants, industry changes, and emerging best practices. • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote coaching services and courses, contributing to the development of sales and marketing strategies. • Participate in Amazon seller events, webinars, and conferences as a speaker or panelist, establishing yourself as an authority in the field of Amazon FBA. • Collaborate with the management and operations teams to continuously develop and improve the workflows and client experience for the mentorship programs. Qualifications: • 1.5+ years of experience in coaching or mentoring Amazon sellers. (Preferred Not Required) • 3+ years of extensive experience as a successful Amazon FBA seller/manager, preferably with a track record of high-performing products and consistent sales. • Experience in creating online courses or educational materials. (Preferred Not Required) • Proven expertise in all aspects of Amazon FBA, including product research, sourcing, listing optimization, inventory management, and marketing strategies. • Relevant certifications or achievements in Amazon FBA. • Strong presentation and course creation skills, with the ability to develop engaging and informative content using various formats. • Up-to-date knowledge of Amazon policies, algorithms, and best practices for maximizing sales and visibility. • Strong analytical skills to assess data and identify areas for improvement in clients' Amazon businesses. • Be able to effortlessly discuss Amazon FBA & FBM and effectively communicate complex matters with clients about them. • A strong conviction to learn new strategies and information to not only improve your personal knowledge but also the clients'. • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while managing with a team. • Strong organization and project management skills, while also managing/co-working with a VA. • Be a strong leader while at the same time being a team player. Compensation: $36,000 - $50,000 yearly
