    Remote Sales Representative - Bilingual (Portuguese) - E-Commerce Niche - Commission Based Join our dynamic team as a Bilingual Sales Closer, exclusively open to fluent Portuguese speakers, and become the linchpin of our business's success here at TruPro Elites. As the primary revenue generator, this role holds immense importance in fostering and nurturing client relationships. We are seeking a proactive, competitive, and ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Bilingual Sales Closer, you will engage in sales calls with prospective clients, leveraging your expertise to recommend tailored solutions aligned with their unique needs and objectives. Collaboration is key in this role, as you'll closely coordinate with our Marketing, and Member Success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. What to know: • Commission-based compensation Only • Flexible part-time/full-time schedule of your choosing • Access to world-class sales coaching programs and consistent sales growth support • Weekly sales team group meetings and 1:1 meetings with sales managers • Potential for promotions and networking opportunities Responsibilities: • Recommend and select products for leads based on their individual needs. • Qualify and set your own sales call appointments from inbound leads. • Describe and sell products by following SOP, scripts, and explaining their benefits and uses to potential clients. • Convert inbound/outbound sales leads to closes and gain referrals. • Issue Contracts. • Process payments. • Communicate with customers using company-allocated recorded communication channels (Zoom meetings, company email, WhatsApp, Slack, etc). • Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services. • Establish and nurture relationships with past leads and potential clients to facilitate sales. • Find potential new clients through various actions including but not limited to networking, CRM database, and company social platforms. • Use data to help clients understand how products can help them achieve their goals. • Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales, as needed. • Ensure professional camera practices during all meetings and client interactions. This includes keeping the camera on at all times, maintaining appropriate camera angle and positioning, ensuring proper lighting, selecting a suitable background, utilizing high-quality audio equipment, and being in a quiet area to minimize background noise and distractions. • Wear business casual or branded clothing, during all meetings. Professional attire consists of well-fitted, clean, and presentable clothing that reflects a polished and respectable appearance. • Ability to take sales calls anywhere from 8 a.m. Eastern to 10 p.m. Eastern Monday through Sunday. • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned. Qualifications: • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce niche or remote sales industry. • Bilingual in English and Portuguese (Brazilian preferably). • Ability to work in a US time zone. • US Work Authorization. • Have gone through any type of remote sales closing course or mentorship? • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills. • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred. • Understand a sales process and how to enter information into client databases: familiar with sales CRM. • Familiar with Facebook leads/messaging, and WhatsApp. Compensation: $100,000+ yearly
