    Senior Media Buyer - Meta Specialized Hey there. Are you an experienced direct-response media buyer with a specialization in the Meta platform? This is a FULL-TIME SENIOR position, not part-time; NOR is it for beginners. Responsibilities: • Strategic Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive digital media buying strategies specifically for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives • Campaign Management : Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of ad campaigns across Meta platforms. This includes targeting, ad placement, budget allocation, and scheduling • Analytics and Reporting : Regularly analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights. Prepare detailed reports and present findings to stakeholders • Market Research : Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in digital media and Meta platforms. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform strategy • Ideation and Advising : Being able to provide ideas, insights, guidance, and advice to copywriters, creative directors, funnel builders, designers, and other talents on the marketing teams, when creating and optimizing a campaign • Budget Management : Manage and allocate the digital media buying budget efficiently, ensuring maximum return on investment • Collaboration and Leadership : Work closely with marketing teams, creative teams, and external partners to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Mentor and guide junior media buyers • Innovation : Experiment with new features and advertising techniques on Meta platforms to stay ahead in the digital media landscape • Compliance and Best Practices : Ensure all campaigns comply with legal standards and best practices specific to Meta platforms Qualifications: • Media Buying Experience : At least 3+ years of experience in digital media buying, with a specific focus on the Meta platforms • Direct Response Experience and Knowledge : Understand direct response marketing principles on a high level • Have a proven track record of long-term and continuous studies of direct response marketing, including taking courses, coaching programs, reading books, attending webinars, etc • Technical Skills : Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, attribution tools such as Hyros, and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of ad targeting, bidding strategies, and ad formats on Meta platforms • Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets. Proficiency in analytics tools and metrics relevant to Meta advertising. Proficiency in data science • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and stakeholder engagement, such as with marketing leadership, copywriters, creatives, etc • Creativity : An eye for creative campaign ideas that resonate with target audiences on Meta platforms • Compliance : Understand ad compliance on the Meta Platforms at a deep level. Able to advise the entire marketing team, especially copywriters and marketing managers, on potential compliance violations and issues. Understand how to resolve compliance issues and reinstate a banned ad account in the event of suspension • Adaptability : Ability to adapt to rapidly changing digital landscapes and algorithm updates on Meta platforms • References : Ability to provide 2 or more references from past employers or independent clients • Deep Industry Knowledge: Have deep industry knowledge around direct response marketing, media buying, creative production, copywriting, and branding PLUS • Experiences in creating webinars, self-liquidating offers, VSL campaigns, and lead-generation campaigns are a plus • Experience in end-to-end campaign lifecycle management is a plus • Experiences in working with niche media sources (e.g. sponsorships) is a plus Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 yearly
