    High Ticket Sales Representative - E-Commerce Niche - Commission Based POSITION SUMMARY The sales closing position is the most vital position to the business. This position is the revenue maker for the company and a large component of the relationship we have with our clients. As a closer, you will need to be a competitive, proactive, and driven individual to succeed in this role. You will conduct sales calls with potential clients and recommend products based on their individual needs or goals. A closer will work closely with the sales development representative (setters) team, marketing team, and our member success team. • Recommend and select products for leads based on their individual needs. • Describe and sell products by following SOP, scripts, and explaining their benefits and uses to potential clients. • Issue Contracts. • Process payments. • Communicate with customers using company-allocated recorded communication channels (Zoom meetings, aloware, company email, Zoom phone calls, Zoom texting). • Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services. • Establish and nurture relationships with past leads and potential clients to facilitate sales. • Find potential new clients through various actions including but not limited to networking, CRM database, and company social platforms. • Use data to help clients understand how products can help them achieve their goals. • Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales, as needed. • Ensure professional camera practices during all meetings and client interactions. This includes keeping the camera on at all times, maintaining appropriate camera angle and positioning, ensuring proper lighting, selecting a suitable background, utilizing high-quality audio equipment, and being in a quiet area to minimize background noise and distractions. • Wear business casual or branded clothing, during all meetings. Professional attire consists of well-fitted, clean, and presentable clothing that reflects a polished and respectable appearance. • Ability to take sales calls from 9 a.m. Eastern to 6 p.m. Eastern Monday through Saturday. • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned. Responsibilities: • Respond to inquiries from potential customers about our products and services • Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to increase sales revenue • Build relationships with existing clients to sustain customer loyalty • Utilize digital marketing tools to reach out to more potential customers • Track sales performance and analyze trends to maximize sales opportunities • Prospect and build relationships with potential customers and clients in a targeted e-commerce niche • Create, maintain, and execute effective sales strategies to convert leads into closed deals • Manage customer interactions through emails, calls, and video conferencing • Monitor key customer service metrics and provide reports on a weekly basis • Monitor and analyze market trends and competition in the e-commerce space to ensure our products remain competitive Qualifications: • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce niche • Ability to work in a US time-zone • US Work Authorization • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases Compensation: $200,000+
