POSITION AVAILABLE: SALES REPRESENTATIVE (PROJECT MANAGER)

We are looking for Project Managers to join the Pinnacle team right now. Your job with us will be to help homeowners and businesses with all their roofing and restoration needs and to educate them on how to do so with little to no out of pocket. We are looking for individuals that are self-starters, motivated, and are looking for a HIGH-PAYED POSITION. The person we are looking for also needs to have the energy and drive to be competitive in sales. Can think promptly, ask good questions, and provide clients the information they need to move forward with their project? We need someone that will meet both business and homeowner expectations by delivering exceptional customer service from the beginning to the end of every project.

DAILY SCHEDULE:

• Roofing and exterior inspections to identify storm damage
• Make recommendations to Homeowner based on findings
• Provide Homeowners with assistance through the insurance process
• Build rapport and trust with Homeowners and close the sale
• Systematically build up your job pipeline
• Maintain constant communication with your homeowners
• Use Acculynx to manage and preserve leads and clients

COMPETITIVE PAY STRUCTURE:

• $100k to $150k first-year pay
• Unlimited cap on Commissions
• Sign-on bonuses, Quarterly bonuses
• 50% profit on all jobs

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Sales experience preferably in the roofing or construction industry (preferred but not necessary)
• Must have a smartphone and computer access
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Workstyle that is detailed, organized, and reliable
• A self-starter that is disciplined in the highest of moral standards
