GENERAL SUMMARY

Monitors the player tracking system and dispatches information to Casino Hosts and Slot Operations Team Members, including hot player enrollment in the V Club Program, Jackpot payout, and slot machine maintenance oversight. In addition, dispatches Slot Floor Servers to assist players requesting food or drinks on slot machines. Logs and keeps track of all services provided by Casino Hosts and Slot Operations Team Members. Prepares reports for Guest Service Dispatch Supervisor as needed.

CORE SCOPE OF POSITION

• Monitors the player tracking system and dispatches information to Casino Hosts and Slot Operations Team Members, including hot player enrollment in the V Club Program, Jackpot payout, and slot machine maintenance oversight.

• Dispatches Slot Floor Servers to assist players requesting food or drinks on slot machines.

• Logs and keeps track of all completed services provided by Casino Hosts and Slot Operations Team Members into an Excel spreadsheet.

• Prepares reports and/or forms directed by the Guest Service Dispatch Supervisor as needed.

• Maintains contact list of all Casino Hosts and Slot Operations Team Members.

• Learns and maintains knowledge of casino floor design.

• Attends all scheduled team member meetings and trainings.

• Maintains knowledge of and effectively promotes company services and players’ club program.

• Adheres to all company and department policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines.

• Adheres to all hygiene and safety standards. Ensures that a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment is maintained.

• Performs all compatible and related duties as assigned.

Required Experience

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION

• High school diploma or General education degree (GED).

EXPERIENCE

• Six months or more related experience and/or training required.

• Customer service and gaming experience preferred.
