This integral management position is responsible for overseeing the production of the technical repair department within a CTDI facility including ensuring customer''s turnaround time expectations are consistently met. Specifically, responsibilities for this position include:
- Oversee and supervise production and technical aspects of all activities within the repair department.
- Supervise production, quality, performance, safety, and turnaround time in repair department.
- Communicate with customers and various levels of management to resolve repair issues.
- Manage reports, statistical analysis, and daily P&L tracking/reporting.
- Train and support Section Heads/Supervisors in all areas of the branch as well as department procedures and expectations.
- Accountability for employee''s productivity.
- Counsel department employees on performance deficiencies when necessary and document all counseling appropriately.
- Input of ideas for continual improvement of processes.

Required Experience
- 5+ years of Supervisor of Management experience, preferably in a Repair operaion.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
- Technical certification in Electronics preferred.
- Good PC skills with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and spreadsheet applications.
- Knowledge of TL 9000 Quality Systems.
