  • Responsibilities

    Data Entry Operator to handle the office reception duties including greeting guests and customers, answering and directing phone calls, page check historical scanning, and any other technical manual task that may need to be completed.

    This position works under close supervision and follows specific procedures or detailed instructions. This position works from various standardized source documents that have been coded and require little or no selecting, coding or interpreting of data. Problems such as erroneous items and codes, or missing information are resolved at the supervisory level. Work is routine and repetitive.

    Required Skills

    EDUCATION:

    Requires a high school diploma or GED.

      

    EXPERIENCE:

    Adequate experience performing the duties of the position described under Job Description. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience and have a proficient working knowledge of data entry and word processing (using MS Word and MS Excel), proofing skills with attention to detail, the ability to follow oral and written directions and processes, and be willing to learn additional software, if necessary.

    Must be able to work 40 hours per week on a consistent basis.

    Must be an U.S. citizen.
