    Job Description

    We are looking for a Business Strategist to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing marketing policies and programs, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase brand awareness.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Proven track record for delivering excellent quality BCM-related data collection, assessments, plans, and roadmaps with a passion for creating engaging and relevant business presentation content
    • Mentors, a vises, coaches and directs work of BCM analysts on tactical delivery and execution of change work
    • Proven ability to lead and manage the work of other change management specialists and support strategic work across lines of business, portfolios, programs and projects
    • Ability to craft effective strategies and be responsible for leading and delivering change management work, including stakeholder management, change impact analysis, change readiness assessments, change leadership coaching plans, and culture change plans
    • Requires excellent communication and people skills, including disciplined project management as well as problem-solving skills and the ability to lead a wide variety and level of employees through organizational change
    • Strong relationship builder and influencer who is comfortable working with leaders at all levels
    • Keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks simultaneously; sometimes under pressure and tight deadlines
    • Creative thinker who embraces and drives change

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Develop business strategies for the organization
    • Facilitating senior leadership workshop meetings
    • Assist leadership with product centric organization alignment
    • Experience with organization Business transformation
    • Lead organization change strategy in effort to transform organization from project to product centric organization
    • Provide PowerPoint presentations, business case work, experience how to sell ideas (preferred and desired)
    • Implement product management and broader enterprise requirements

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Required Education & Experienced: Bachelors degree in business administration, public administration, management, leadership, industry psychology, data analytics, communications or related field, and a minimum of 5 years business change management experience
    • Preferred Education & Experienced: A Masters degree in business administration or public administration, organizational behavior, management, or leadership with certifications in project management (e.g., PMP), change management (e.g., Prosci), or executive coaching; has a background in management consulting. Healthcare, IT-driven change management experience as well as either training or experience in organization design is a plus.
    • 10-12 years of career experience (minimum) 8 years of proven, specialized Business Change Management (BCM)/Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience (minimum) 1 year of proven, specialized OCM experience with developing change strategies for supporting change initiatives focused on the transition from a project to a product management organization (i.e., a product-centric delivery model)
    • Preferred skills and professional qualities: excellent strategic thinking and strategy development skills, organization design strategy and delivery experience, self-confidence, maturity, high-energy/drive, executive presence, motivated (seizes the initiative), good at stress management, resourceful, passionate about the BCM discipline, results-oriented, client focused, and superb presentation skills.
    • Must be professional, organized, enthusiastic and a team player who can work independently and collaboratively on complex, highly visible, cross-functional strategic work, including an engagement focused on developing the change strategy for the shift from project-based IT to product-based delivery, understanding how an organization can best overcome common obstacles and drive success in concert with business stakeholders
