TRUCADENCE, LLC IS SEEKING TO HIRE A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FOR OUR CLIENT IN BOLINGBROOK, ILLINOIS. OUR CLIENT IS A LOGISTICS COMPANY GROWING RAPIDLY.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR MOTIVATED INDIVIDUALS LIKE YOU!
AMONG THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ARE:
-MONITORING OUTBOUND AND INBOUND DRIVERS
-RUNNING REPORTS ON OUTBOUND ORDERS
-PRINT AND ASSIGN PICK-UP ORDERS
-PROCESS ORDERS FROM CLIENTS
-RESPOND PROMPTLY TO EMAIL INQUIRIES FROM THE VARIOUS CLIENTS
THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS APPLY:
-MULTITASKING SKILLS AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL
-EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS
-BILINGUAL IN SPANISH IS PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED
-PROFICIENCY IN MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE (EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT).
A MICROSOFT OFFICE ASSESSMENT WILL BE CONDUCTED
OUR JOBS ARE CONTINGENT ON A BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG TEST.
THE FOLLOWING SHIFTS ARE AVAILABLE:
1ST SHIFT: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (MON-FRI)
PAY RATE: $18.00 HOURLY
IN CASE OF NEED, BE AVAILABLE TO WORK OVERTIME AND/OR WEEKENDS
