This will be a position for a full-time Customer Service/Resolution Representative position in San Diego (Sorrento Valley area). Company offers growth and great benefits!!

• Pay Rate is $17.00 an hour/$18.00 if Bilingual in Spanish
• Current hours are 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm. Position will have rotating weekends for Saturdays once 6 weeks.

Must have customer service/call center experience with resolution and client retention.

SUMMARY: The acts as a liaison for clients. Will include incoming and follow-up calls are processed accurately with appropriate follow through. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:

• 2 year’s experience customer service/call center service oriented environment with strong resolution experience.
• Experience taking resolution calls and/or in a customer retention role is highly desired
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel (preferred). Experience using an Outlook calendar to track and manage follow-up calls
