Key Responsibilities
Transport company goods using owned or leased commercial vehicles to meet operational and customer delivery needs
Retrieve raw materials, supplies, and returned merchandise from vendors or customers as required
Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers during deliveries and pickups
Conduct routine vehicle inspections before departure, during operation, and upon return; perform basic preventative upkeep
Safeguard company vehicles, equipment, and cargo to ensure long-term usability and compliance
Accurately track driving hours, rest periods, mileage, and related expenses in accordance with regulations
Manage company-issued fuel cards, credit accounts, and cash responsibly
Promptly report any mechanical issues, safety concerns, traffic incidents, or compliance violations
Adhere strictly to all DOT standards and internal company policies
Qualifications & Certifications
High school education or GED required
Minimum of one year experience in a related driving or logistics role
Valid commercial driver’s license (Class A or B; Class A strongly preferred)
Active DOT medical certification
Acceptable motor vehicle record demonstrating safe driving history
Ability to maintain all required licenses and certifications
