Office Assistant
Logistics/trucking Company, seeking a detailed and organized Office Assistant for immediate start.
Compensation: DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm
Skills Required:
- Excellent knowledge in office basics: Customer service, Microsoft Office, sending emails, phone etiquette, ordering office/ job site materials, data entry and filing.
*Support CEO in daily tasks and company relations.
General Responsibilities:
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Excellent time management, problem solving & organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be a quick learner.
- Flexibility working with a variety of personalities.

- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
