    True Classic is seeking a marketing mastermind and an inspiring leader to take on the Chief Marketing Officer role and serve as a key member of our executive team. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Oversee all marketing activities across brand, acquisition, and retention.
    • Manage 9-figures marketing budget and effectively allocate it across digital and offline channels to hit scale and efficiency targets 
    • Grow global marketing initiatives in over 180 new markets 
    • Develop retail & wholesale marketing activations 
    • Lead go-to-market strategies for new product categories
    • Partner closely with cross-functional leaders (e.g., finance, product, operations, CX, etc.) to execute on the company's strategic plans
    • Develop and grow the marketing team members, cultivating an inspiring culture where employees are engaged and excited to contribute their talents
    • Lead the in-house creative team to create consistent and relevant brand and product messaging across all customer touchpoints
    • Provide inputs to growth, product marketing and branding strategy with deep knowledge on market insights and industry trends

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
    • Prior executive-level experience and 15+ years of overall experience; prior experience in a high-growth, digitally-native ecommerce business strongly preferred
    • Someone who has overseen $100M+ marketing budget across all areas of marketing (online/offline, acquisition/retention, PR, affiliate, influencer)
    • Strong leadership skills with ability to influence, inspire, and motivate a team to constantly outdo themselves
    • Known as an innovator in leveraging cutting-edge media channels and technologies
