ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Carlsbad, CA
Compensation: $25 hour Employee Classification: Full Time Employee Status: Non-exempt Start Date: ASAP Work Hours: 8 am - 4:30 pm (Very Flexible)

We serve individual taxpayers, small businesses, and corporations from various industries. Our services include individual and business tax preparation, tax planning and advisory, audit protection and estate planning. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for tax return filing administration and management, client billings, file maintenance and administrative support. Assist clients by promptly answering phone, responding to client inquiries, scheduling client meetings and submitting e-files. Assist and manage the process of gathering client documents. Manage due date list for tax return filings and coordinate tracking of return status. Assist with transmit tax filings to clients and government agencies. Prepare client invoices, track payments and send payment reminders. Perform other administrative duties, including scanning, organizing, stocking supplies and other ad hoc projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of 2 years administrative experience required. Background in accounting experience is a plus Advanced organizational skills. Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to speak articulately in a written or verbal manner. Must be professional and personable. Comfortable using computers and learning a variety of software. Must have the integrity to handle the highest level of confidential information.
