  • Responsibilities

    As a Facilities Maintenance Program Manager, you will be entrusted with the critical task of overseeing and managing all facets of maintenance initiatives, particularly focusing on HVAC systems. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our portfolio of properties, including commercial buildings, residential complexes, and mixed-use developments, uphold the highest standards of operational efficiency and comfort for occupants.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive maintenance programs, with a special emphasis on HVAC systems, to ensure compliance with building codes and industry best practices.
    • Spearhead training initiatives for maintenance staff to ensure proficiency in HVAC maintenance, repair, and system upgrades.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all HVAC-related matters, providing guidance and support to operational teams across multiple locations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external contractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution and delivery of maintenance projects.
    • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet established objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • Some college education is preferred but not required
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role, with a focus on HVAC systems maintenance and management.
    • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, repair, and regulatory compliance.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance projects from inception to completion, while adhering to strict timelines and budgets.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving common goals.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
