Requirements:

• 1-5+ years’ experience with a top I-banking, PE, Hedge Fund, Fortune 500 or Consulting Firm
• College Degree
• Highly proficient Excel modeling capabilities
• Excellent academic credentials
  

Position Description:

• Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to private equity owners and senior management
• Produce reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance analysis
• Assist in identifying opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
• Develop models that help with decision-making
• Manage and coordinate various routine tasks with interns and participate in mentoring program
• Compensation for the right candidate can be up to 10% over current

The right financial professional will be joining a senior strategic and finance team as a Financial Analyst based in Lafayette, Louisiana. The Financial Analyst will work closely with top levels of management and private equity ownership.
