Job Description

Local Store Marketing

• Build and develop market insight report and competitive analysis for select True Food Kitchen restaurants with potential guests, partners and businesses within 5-10 mile radius of restaurant
• Identify potential collaborations and partnerships with mission-aligned brands to help grow True Food’s reach and brand awareness
• Assist in collecting data and results from monthly marketing promotions and campaigns
• Assist brand manager in developing monthly local store marketing update with sales-driving initiatives and results to be shared with operations team

Menu / Catering

• Research and report on any trends related to the restaurant and hospitality industry; share weekly with marketing team and key cross-functional stakeholders
• Research menu-specific trends including flavors, ingredients and menu items to be included in seasonal ideation and innovation meetings
• Build lists of prospective catering clients in select markets with contact information, location and general overview of opportunity (sports teams, athletic departments, pharmaceutical companies, etc.)
• Assist in growing re-order rate

Administrative

• Organize database of brand photography by category
• Send personal thank you cards and TFK shwag to top TFK brand loyalists (True Insiders, top OLO guests, catering)

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in graduate program or four-year college or university with degree in marketing or communications
• Strong desire to learn with professional drive
• Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google Adwords)

CAN BE BASED IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS*: 

DALLAS, TX / SOUTHERN OR NORTHERN CA / FAIRFAX, VA

*MUST BE NEAR A TFK LOCATION.
