Job Description
Reports to the Chief People Officer and works closely with the Operations and True Central Leadership Teams to drive engagement and learning throughout the company. This role will focus on the strategic management of the LMS platform; will drive and/or assist with the development of training content; will design and create high-quality engaging training content that drives results as well as engagement at all levels. This role is both creative and administrative and requires collaboration with multi-functional leaders across the company.
Principal Accountabilities:
New Manager-In-Training Support
- Will assist Operations to create training schedules for MITs, follow through on MIT Training completion, schedule MIT travel and accommodations, and other MIT training coordination needs while managing training expenses and budgets.
- Will communicate and coordinate with the MITs on a weekly basis to provide MIT training, support, follow-up, and mentorship throughout their training phases.
- Will run reports and review all TrueU MIT completions and reminders.
Manage Programs, systems, processes & initiatives
- Will work with Regional(s), key contributors across the brand, and the Chief People Officer to develop training content that drives company-wide engagement, consistency, and results.
- Will work closely with the Culinary and Beverage leadership to develop and implement new training initiatives and materials needed for product & menu roll outs and operational/policy changes.
- Will recommend and execute all necessary updates to training to ensure the most current information, tools, processes, and resources are created, easy to access, and implemented.
- Will work with designated training managers at the store-level to ensure that the most current training and operating systems and service standards are in practice.
- Will work with Regionals to drive 100% completion of required compliance training.
- Manages and coordinates Quarterly Culture Series for ongoing training for managers.
- Manages and coordinates New Leader Summit program for all new managers.
- Works closely with off-site training manager, CPO, VP of Culinary, Director of Beverage, and NRO director to create new training, online training programs, and tracking capabilities.
- Uses and creates Articulate Storyline to content through Articulate.
NRO Training Team Support
- Coordinate with NRO Director and store GM to schedule OpenTable training sessions for NRO.
- Coordinate with NRO Director to assist with any NRO training materials support
- Create and post Traveler’s Insurance signage on TrueU.
- Assist with NRO support travel arrangements.
TrueU Management
- Will measure the effectiveness and usage of the Learning Management System and will make changes and/or recommendations to drive better results.
- Is the primary admin for TrueU and will run reports as needed to determine utilization of TrueU and will share findings with the Regionals on a monthly basis.
- Leads engagement initiatives through contests, communication, and Regional Managers.
- Develops site structure, organization, and training within the platform.
- Works closely with Marketing Team on image design and site development.
- Works closely with Wisetail CX team on troubleshooting system errors, migrations, and site improvements.
- User and approval management.
Human Resource Management
- Coordinates content collection and creation of weekly True Nation Newsletter
- Works with HR and Legal Teams to update and upload New Hire Packets to Paycom (bi-annual review)
- Works with Executive Assistant to CEO on Annual Leadership Conference coordination and execution.
- Manages organization, collection, and revision schedule for all SOP’s.
- Create What’s Cooking’s for new GM, EC and True Central positions.
Operations Management
- Manage reporting, user access, store access and annual standard updates (and as needed) to all Coyle Evaluations and software.
- Manages user access for Merchant Centric.
- Manages incentive fulfillment for Coyle and EcoSure incentives.
- Manages reporting uploads for Coyle and EcoSure monthly to TrueU.
- Manages EcoSure user access.
- Creates drafts of promotion-congratulation emails based on Regional and above operations True Central team.
