True Impact Signs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the commercial sign industry. As the Priject Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the operations and driving the success of our company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for the visual communications industry.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with all aspects of the design, production, and installation departments, including suppliers, and customer service.

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives and drive growth.

Collaborate to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of products.

Monitor and analyze department performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

Optimize resources and processes to maximize productivity and minimize costs.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operations.

Become a critical player among a team of talented employees, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience within the commercial sign industry.

Strong knowledge of sign production, vendor capabilities, equipment, and materials.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to read/comprehend architectural plans & shop drawings

Experience procuring sign permits

Capable of performing material take-offs (More of an estimating task than project management)

Experience managing commercial sign projects from inception to installation.

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Proficiency in industry software and tools.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
