True Local Realty Group We're looking for 1 licensed sales agent to join our team and be a direct apprentice under our CEO Joseph Arendsen. This person will be working alongside Joseph assisting him with scheduling appointments, following up with leads, marketing tasks, listing coordination tasks, holding open houses, showing homes, writing offers and the list goes on. After 12 months of employment, you will have the opportunity to step into a sales agent role and grow your business inside True Local Realty. True Local Realty is based out of Encinitas, we are a team of young, energetic, tech-savvy agents who have a passion for real estate. Our primary focus is Coastal San Diego however the business does take us all across the county. We are heavily online and prospecting-based for lead generation. We are a fun group and looking to add one more exceptional person to our group. Responsibilities: • Follow-up and schedule appointments with leads • Show properties to prospective buyers and write contracts when needed • Executing on monthly marketing campaigns • Social Media Marketing • Listing Coordination Tasks • Writing offers and contracts • Assisting CEO with wide range of tasks Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Tech-savvy and comfortable working in multiple programs • Desire and ability to be a true salesperson Compensation: $45,000+
