Training & development

True North Clinical Services is a clinician-owned agency that provides in-home therapy services to youth (ages 3-21) and their families through the NJ Children’s System of Care (CSOC). Our clinicians work with youth and families in need of support due to emotional, behavioral, developmental, intellectual, and/or substance abuse challenges. Sessions are conducted in the youth and family’s home and/or community.

We are seeking independently licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) and provisionally licensed clinicians (LSW, LAC, AMFT) to provide in-home therapy services for two hours per week, per family. True North provides services throughout Hudson, Monmouth, Middlesex, Ocean, Union and soon to be Essex and Bergen Counties. You determine the area you want to travel within, the age range, and the presenting challenges you would like to work with.

Requirements:

Hold an active license in New Jersey (LCSW, LPC, AMFT, PsyD, PhD, LSW, LAC, LMFT)

Have prior experience providing psychotherapy to children

Have a driver’s license in good standing, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance

Maintain and provide proof of professional liability insurance

Prior Intensive In-Community (IIC) experience is a plus

Experience with the CYBER PerformCare system is a plus

Bilingual is a plus (Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, Pashto, Creole, Sign Language, etc.)

Hourly Rate (determined by experience, the number of billable hours you are willing to maintain per week, specializations, travel area, ages of youth, and presenting challenges you will work with)

Independently Licensed Clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD) $83-$96/hour

Provisionally Licensed Clinicians (LSW, LAC, AMFT) $70-$78/hour

LCSW/LPC/LMFT can earn up to $199,680 per year with 20 cases (40 billable hours per week)

LSW/LAC/AMFT can earn up to $162,240 per year with 20 cases (40 billable hours per week)

Free clinical supervision towards clinical licensure is available for provisionally licensed clinicians (LAC, LSW, AMFT)
