True Renewable Energy Inc is looking for ROCKSTARS. We have joined the bay area movement and are now located in Livermore Ca but have been around since 1984 with our General Contractors License. Now we are looking for TOP SUPERSTARS for Outside Home improvement Sales

MUST HAVE SALES OR HOME IMPROVEMENT EXPERIENCE.

BILINGUAL PREFERRED. SPANISH OR OTHER LANGUAGE.

Home improvement reps that have worked on Roofing, HVAC and Windows or SOLAR is a plus please do apply

We are looking for the right sales rep to help take us to the next level. Must be disciplined and have a growth plan proposal and a desire to earn max potential $100k to $200k per year including monthly bonus of $2000 to $4000 per month

Must be a leader for the rest to follow!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meeting with customers and introduce our products and services.

· Must attend meetings on time with sales force team to build yourself

· Call /engage, or e-mail inquiries from potential and current customers looking for our products

· Execute, plan and implement office processes based on current and updated procedures

· Maintain regular contact with clients and answer questions as needed

· Manage, discuss and improve weekly sales to ensure you hit your bonus

· Interface with sales, installation, service department and accounting staff. (Must be a team player) REQUIREMENTS:

· Must Get HIS License from CSLB (We can help you get this)

· Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening) and professional appearance

· Must be organized, able to multi-task, and be effective in communicating with prospects and customers

· Must be self-motivated, reliable and have a positive attitude

· Lead Perfection or CRM Salesforce experience a plus
