    We are seeking a full-time licensed Assertive Community Treatment Team Lead to provide clinical and administrative supervision for the ACT team and function as a practicing clinician on the ACT team. The person in this position will provide individual clinical supervision and case consultation to staff as well as crisis management response to and with staff and will act as a back-up to staff for their clients as needed. Qualifications: Master's Degree in counseling, social work, or psychology one-year experience in direct practice, working with clients with mental health and/or substance abuse issues.

    Associate license Min: $60,000 Mid: $63,000

    Full License Min: $63,000 Mid: $66,000

    We are seeking a full-time licensed Assertive Community Treatment Team Lead (ACT) to provide the following services:

    • Provide clinical and administrative supervision for the ACT team and function as a practicing clinician on the ACT team.
    • Provide individual clinical supervision and case consultation to staff as well as crisis management response to and with staff and will act as a back-up to staff for their clients as needed.
    • Work directly with clients and families/natural supports to provide service coordination; crisis assessment and intervention; symptom assessment and management; individual counseling and psychotherapy; substance abuse treatment; work-related services; activities of daily living services; social, interpersonal relationship and leisure-time activity services; support services or direct assistance to ensure that individuals obtain the basic necessities of daily life; and education, support, and consultation to individuals’ families and other major supports.
    • Ensure the team meets critical standards contained in the most current edition of the National Program Standards for ACT Teams as established by the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill or US Department of Health and Human Services, Center for Mental Health Services.
    • Duties may also include oversight of services provided within and outside the agency, advocating for the client and family/natural supports in the community, and developing/evaluating the person-centered plan with the client and team to ensure that services are being delivered and are appropriate to the needs of the client and family/natural supports.
    • This position is intended to be an average of 40% direct clinical services and 60% administrative duties.
