    We are seeking a full-time Intake Coordinator provide community based/in-home individual and family therapy and community support services for children, youth, adolescents, adults, and their families; coordinate intake procedure and service implementation; monitor and assist client documentation; assist with client staffing needs; and assist Family Services Supervisor in maintaining authorizations and reauthorizations for all clients. Qualifications: Master's Degree in counseling, social work, or psychology and direct experience working with clients with mental health and/or substance abuse issues.

    We are seeking a full-time Intake Coordinator to provide the following services:

    Provide community based/in-home individual and family therapy and community support services for children, youth, adolescents, adults, and their families; coordinate intake procedure and service implementation; monitor and assist client documentation; assist with client staffing needs; and assist Family Services Supervisor in maintaining authorizations and reauthorizations for all clients.

    • Work with clients, families and/or their natural supports to assess strengths/needs, assist families with planning, developing, implementing, and assessing treatment and ancillary services,
    • Recommend the types of treatment modalities needed and provide these services directly or by referral,
    • Develop/evaluate the service plan to ensure that services are being delivered and are appropriate to the needs of the child and family.
    • Act as an advocate in the community and be available for 24 hour rotating on-call schedule.
    • Conduct initial intake assessments with families and/or community agencies requesting services.
    • Assist in client enrollment and authorization for services with LME and Value Options.
    • Aid staff in development of client Person-Centered Plans (PCP), NC-TOPPS assessments, and Diagnostic Assessments.
    • Assist with quality assurance and compliance with PCPs, NC-TOPPS, and Diagnostic Assessments.
    • Communicate with staff members and management team on client staffing needs.
    • Facilitate appropriate matches for client needs.
    • Contact providers for necessary documentation.
    • Communicate with LME and Value Options on status of authorizations.
    • Provide trainings for employees on authorization documentation.
    • Collect monthly information on authorization needs.
