  • Responsibilities

    Seeking an energetic and dedicated Qualified Professional to work with children and families engaged in intensive in home services in Jackson, Swain and Graham counties.

     

    If you have a Bachelor's Degree in a Human Resources field and want to make a difference in our clients lives, come join our team!

    The Qualified Professional will:

    Provide superior customer service and quality home care

    Focus on managing coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues

    Manage your Client Services Manager caseload while proactively growing it

    Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations

    Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team

    Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring metrics

    Qualifications include:

    Bachelor degree is required

    Must be a Qualified Professional, with at least 2 years of experience working with the community services

    Prior supervisory experience a plus

    Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility

    Ability to work in a face paced and quickly changing environment

    Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Position Specific and Education:

    Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a field other than human services with 4 years experience working with the MH/SA/DD population to be served; or bachelor’s degree in human services with 2 years experience working with the population served.

    Minimum of four years of working experience in a child mental health setting preferred.

    Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities.

    QP (Qualified Professional) credential is required for this position.

    Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
