    We are seeking a full-time Licensed Therapist to work full-time to provide the following services:

    The primary purpose of this position is to provide community-based/in-home individual and family therapy for children, youth, adolescents, adults, and their families. The person in this position will work with clients and families/natural supports to assess their strengths and needs, assisting families with planning, developing, implementing, and assessing treatment and ancillary services, recommending the types of treatment modalities needed and providing these services directly or by referral. Duties may also include maintaining oversight of services provided within and outside the agency, acting as an advocate for the client and family/natural supports in the community and developing/evaluating the person-centered plan with the client and team to ensure that services are being delivered and are appropriate to the needs of the client and family/natural supports. Therapists providing Family Centered Treatment will have an average caseload of 4 to 6 youth and/or families per clinician. A licensed professional will supervise all FCT Therapists.

    *Willing to work flexible hours including at least two evenings a week.*

    Requirements:

    • Create, develop, monitor, revise, and implement the client’s Person-Centered Plan.
    • Provide clinical guidance and/or oversight in the development of crisis plans and transition plans when clients move in and out of services.
    • Provide individual, family or group therapy to clients and their families/natural supports based on their needs, diagnoses, and best evidence-based practices.
    • Provide written documentation as required. This will include treatment notes, goals and plans for the medical record (e.g., service notes, person-centered plan)
    • Must be fully certified in FCT within twelve months of initial hire via the official FCT certification program.
    • Successfully complete the competency-based, standardized FCT Foundation re-certification every two years.
    • Complete 10 CE training hours per year.

    · Provide phone contact, consultation, and a minimum of two multiple-hour sessions per week per client.

    · Meet weekly with fellow FCT clinicians and FCT supervisor.

    · Complete all fidelity measures and required paperwork.

    · Advocate for the client, family, and natural supports in the community.

    · Participate in Child and Family Team meetings.
