Summary of Position

• Help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, light housekeeping and other daily tasks.
• Perform basic care services for patients including checking vital signs according to the plan of care.
• Work under the supervision of an RN or PT according to the established plan of care.
• Observe and report on patient condition to the nurse.
