LSWAIC - Mental Health - Job Description

TrueCare Behavioral Health is a Mental Health Care provider. We offer counseling services primarily to geriatric residents in assisted living facilities and to clients via telehealth. We are searching for a full-time/part-time Licensed Social Work Associate Independent Clinical (LSWAIC) to provide in-facility counseling visits. The ideal candidate is dedicated, reliable, caring, and professional, with excellent professional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Work with individuals who are struggling with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction
• Provide 30 min, 45 min, 60 min, and intake/initial therapy sessions
• Assist with provider and clinic networking
• Ensures documentation quality, completion, and compliance at all times

Qualifications:

• Valid license (LSWAIC)
• Proof of eligibility to work in the USA
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques and their functional use of them
• Computer literacy including clinical records
