    You are a dynamic, results-driven individual with a natural ability for sales. Your communication and organizational skills are impeccable, enabling you to engage and build relationships with ease and follow-up reliably. You're a quick learner and have excellent computer skills. And the opportunity to apply your proactive attitude in a business-to-business sales role at a quickly-growing startup is something that makes you excited.

    Responsibilities

    • Engage with potential clients through sales calls to understand their needs and explain how our solution addresses their challenges.
    • Proactively get involved in other opportunities to grow the business as they become available, such as lead generation research.
    • Embrace the growth opportunities within TrueOps, contributing to your professional development as well as the company's expansion.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree
    • One year B2B sales experience is preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and fluent English
    • Able to create and maintain relationships with potential and current clients.
    • Very comfortable with technology. You could easily record a Loom video or take screenshots to paste into a Google doc.
    • Analytical and strategic thinking skills and strong attention to detail
    • Can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Location must be located in Latin America or the Philippines.
    • Knowledge of Amazon and the eCommerce industry is a plus, but not required
