    REQUIRED SKILLS: Experience with analyzing data to provide clients with actionable insights and strategic recommendations, hands-on experience with social media analytics and listening platforms, ability to identify industry trends and make informed recommendations  

    PLATFORM EXPERIENCE: Social analytics and listening platforms (i.e., Sprinklr, ListenFirst, Meltwater), data visualization (such as Tableau), in depth knowledge of Excel, and experience with social media platforms (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitch, TikTok and more)  

    CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:  

    • Assist with building social listening queries and reporting dashboards for ongoing campaigns as requested by client
    • Support regular auditing of competitive listening reports to ensure quality of data 
    • Support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on proactive social media content 
    • Assess and build insights around social media data across multiple sources, both through native platforms and from social media management tools 
    • Analyze creative platforms, footprints and competitive information  
    • Manage social media and digital reputation management crises
    • Create content strategies based on analytics, including writing social media content and executing tactics to meet clients' business and marketing goals 
    • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across established social media channels including Facebook and Twitter, and act as liaison with online Customer Care team
    • Engage with customers on news, products, and services and share relevant information/content/links
    • Identify and flag trending topics

    • Create a respectful work environment, generate meaningful results, deliver fresh ideas, provide excellent client service, work with integrity 
    • Continuously expand social media capabilities to meet client and agency needs
    • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to grow client accounts and support new business

    QUALIFICATIONS:   

    • 3-5 years of experience; agency background preferred 
    • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written (email, social media and text)
