  • Responsibilities

    REQUIRED SKILLS: High attention to detail and accuracy, proactive communicator, and technically astute. Successfully compile expense reports, prepare and build financial reports, enjoys leading meetings and managing staff communications including scheduling & running meetings and facilitating employee onboarding and exits. 

    PLATFORM EXPERIENCE: Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Teams, and proficient with Zoom 

        OVERVIEW of Work: 

    • Support company financial reporting and client contracting:  
    • Create and review client-ready scopes of work as needed 
    • Prepare and finalize client contracts 
    • Compile biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports 
    • Build monthly usability reports 
    • Manage staff relations: 
    • Ensure successful onboard process and orientation of new hires 
    • Support operations manager and agency management when exiting staff 
    • Prepare employee assessments 
    • Oversee employee PTO records 
    • Assist in establishing and communicating policies and procedures 
    • Prepare and deliver staff communications to support agency culture and operations 
    • Process and remit payment for contractor invoices 
    • Review and approve agency time entry records 
    • Execute agency hiring process: 
      • Source and screen candidates, schedule interviews and extend offers

       

    • Maintain company services by organizing office operations and procedures, including:  
      • Accurate and timely completion of administrative functions to support operations manager and agency management 
      • Reviewing, approving, and fulfilling supply requisitions 
      • Managing company's record-keeping including retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records 
      • Oversees tracking office assets and assigning technology

     

    AGENCY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

    • Create a respectful work environment, generate meaningful results, deliver fresh ideas, provide excellent client service, work with integrity

     

       QUALIFICATIONS:   

    • 1-3 years of experience; agency background preferred  
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience  
    • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written (email, social media, and text)
