TRUERATE IS GROWING! We are adding an Investment Sales Analyst to the team! As the Investment Sales Analyst, you will be working closely with and assist the Investment Sales team in all aspects of buyer and investment analysis, including marketing, coordinating, evaluating, data collection, tracking, and reporting duties. You will be responsible for embodying and working to reinforce TrueRate’s Core Values.

WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:
- Analyze transactions and prepare executive level summaries for offering memorandum (OM), Broker Opinion of Values (BOVs), financial reporting, and presentations.
- Research, evaluate and maintain economic, demographic, and real estate market data in various databases, providing detailed reporting as needed
- Maintain data integrity of buyer information, buyer status, new deals, new listings, etc. and provide detailed reporting as needed
- Organize buyer Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and track buyers lists
- Research and create new buyers lists
- Preparation of high-quality marketing materials for listings, including underwriting detail, while partnering with the Marketing team on Investment Sales related initiatives and the Web Development team to ensure listings are updated on the TrueRate website
- Coordination of email marketing campaigns and response rates
- Interaction with clients, prospective buyers, investors, and investment sales agents
- Special projects, as needed, in support of the Investment Sales team
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- High attention to detail, strong organizational, and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to various groups and internal stakeholders
- Strong computer and software skills, including advanced Excel
- Previous experience in Salesforce, Egnyte, and/or Yesware a plus
- The ability to learn new systems as needed
