    Job Description

    Truewerk is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Lifecycle Marketing Specialist based in Denver, Colorado to join our marketing team. This junior role will be responsible for executing, monitoring, and optimizing all aspects of email, app, and SMS marketing communications, from data collection to consumer sends. This role requires proficiency in leveraging various ad tech and CRM platforms to drive engagement with our email and SMS programs.

    This role reports to the Senior Manager of CRM and Lifecycle Marketing and works closely with team members across Sales, Marketing, and Product Management.

    ** The position is based in Denver, CO with flexibility to work remotely based on business needs.**

    Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000 per year base salary + bonus

    What you’ll do

    • Campaign Execution: Build and deploy email and SMS marketing campaigns using our ad tech and CRM platforms.
    • Quality Assurance: Perform quality assurance checks on creative assets, triggering logic and audience segmentation to ensure the right content is delivered to the right audience at the right time.
    • Segmentation Management: Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to manage customer and list segmentation, ensuring campaigns are tailored to specific audience segments.
    • Analytics and Optimization: Monitor campaign analytics and key performance indicators to optimize the effectiveness of email campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
    • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with digital copywriters and creative teams to ensure timely release of assets and maintain brand consistency across all communications.
    • Industry Trends and Innovation: Stay abreast of current industry trends and best practices within email marketing and implement innovative strategies to enhance campaign performance.
    • Compliance and Deliverability: Assist in monitoring email deliverability, data hygiene, subscription management, and compliance with global opt-in laws and regulations.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Experience

    • 1 year of proven experience managing automated email/SMS programs
    • Prior exposure to marketing in a DTC eCommerce business
    • Tendency toward goal-oriented, process-focused roles in media or marketing
    • Familiarity with audience segmentation and list management

    Technical Skills

    • Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar mid-market ESP’s a must (Mailchimp, Bluecore, Listrak, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo)
    • Comfortable with spreadsheets and performance reporting (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines and being flexible with real time changes

    Work Location and Travel

    • Candidates in the Denver area work a hybrid schedule with some days spent in our office
    • All team members should have interest and ability to occasionally visit customers, partners, and industry events
