Truleo is looking for an innovative, detail oriented teammate to guide our product integration strategy within departments. The ideal candidate possesses the know-how to solve major technical challenges, provides leadership for technical innovation, and can drive revenue for our company.

This is a technical role requiring a high degree of autonomy, stakeholder management and project management. You will bridge the gap between customers and the engineering team with precise communication. You will report directly to the VP of Product. A background in law enforcement is preferred.

OBJECTIVE

Outline police department workflow in order to identify product gaps and integration opportunities for Truleo.

KEY ACTIVITIES

• Understand and explain the technical specifications of different BWC systems and hardware
• Manage onboarding and integrations at police departments
• Communicate the architecture to the stakeholders and collaborates and coordinates with existing domain architects in the formalization and adoption of IT standards and procedures.
• Gather requirements, understanding the specifications, evaluating the systems that are in place, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver the right solution.
• Understand police department workflows and have ability to create relationships within those organizations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working in public safety with BWC or IT
• Experience with Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Procedure compliance
