    The Branch Supervisor is responsible for overall performance, direction, and execution of branch activities and the maintenance of ISI’s assets at the local branch.  The Branch Supervisor will accomplish branch objectives by supervising direct reports; planning and evaluating maintenance activities; working to cultivate and maintain excellent working relationships with customers to meet the daily demands of the business; and encouraging a safe work environment. 

     

    JOB DUTIES:

     

    • Accountable for all branch related activities including overseeing hose assemblies, project management, parts procurement, and project execution
    • Manage branch’s process improvements to help reduce costs and increase equipment reliability
    • Responsible for the planning, coordination, and supervision of the staff
    • Administer and oversee appropriate safety protocols and processes
    • Work closely with customers to provide excellent service and technical support
    • Responsible for safety, quality, and all communication at the local branch
    • Foster and drive a culture of safety, fairness, and inclusion
    • Perform any of the tasks required of direct reports as needed (due to absence, vacation, or labor capacity shortage)
    • Monitor branch performance through working of daily, weekly, and monthly required reports
    • Develop and establish motivating branch environment
    • Ensures adequate and timely billing of customer orders

     

     

     

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

     

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or University; or
    • Three to Five years customer service and supervisory experience; and/or
    • Equivalent combination of education and experience

     

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Strong background in putting together maintenance process improvement initiatives
    • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
    • Proven leadership and supervision skills leading a team
    • PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Ability to resolve problems and conflicts in a timely and efficient manner
