JOB SUMMARY
This position provides friendly and efficient guest service while taking, processing and selling high quality digital photos. All to be done in a manner consistent with the Mission, Values, and Operating Philosophies of The Dollywood Company.
SUMMARY OF MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Approaches guests and offers photo services in a friendly manner.
- Delivers high quality images to guests, accurately setting camera settings prior to shooting photos.
- Computes sale prices, total purchases, receives and processes payments, and balances cash drawer utilizing a POS register all while ensuring proper handling of customer credit card information in compliance with PCI standards.
- Assists guests by answering questions and providing product information.
- Ensures photo booth is stocked, clean, prepared and organized.
- Handles all equipment safely with care; promptly communicates equipment issues.
- Demonstrates effective salesmanship techniques.
- Complies with all department and park specific policies, legal requirements, dress code standards, procedures, and initiatives.
- Representing Dollywood in a positive manner by being friendly and courteous to guests. Ensuring 100% satisfaction with their park experience.
- Follows All Host Safety Standards and General Safety Training guidelines and uses associated injury prevention measures.
- Suspend operations when continuation would be inconsistent with Safety Standards or Procedures or presents a safety hazard to Guests or Hosts.

- Must have manual dexterity necessary to complete all job duties.

Required Experience
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 15 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or service environment preferred.
- Demonstrated computer skills with the ability to learn a POS system.
