    The HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR is responsible for performing high-level administrative and related human resources duties in an efficient and effective manner within the Human Resources Department while interacting in a professional, courteous manner with applicant, employees and all members of the public.  Responsible for consistently displaying teamwork approach, considering the impact of his/her actions and behaviors on others.

    Required Skills

    • Competent in use of office equipment
    • Excellent computer skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to perform multiple tasks and solid understanding of filing systems
    • Ability to perform in an independent manner, anticipating needs of employees, co-workers and management
    • Careful attention to detail and prompt execution of all work assignments

    Required Experience

    REQUIRED:

    •  High school diploma or equivalent
    • Three years experience with one year in an administrative capacity or in a Human Resources office.

     

    PREFERRED:

    •  Bachelors or Associate’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
